Dr. Vivian H.H. Chen (Erasmus University Rotterdam, DECIDE CES3 lead) gave a special guest session, “Beyond the Code: Ethics, Power, and the Human Impact of AI,” at the Asian Institute of Technology on 19 August 2026. The talk brought together professionals and students from across Southeast Asia for a discussion on AI ethics, regional tech deployment, and human-centric innovation — themes central to DECIDE’s mission of citizen empowerment through transparent AI. The visit was supported by the Erasmus+ programme and Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication (ESHCC).
